Sapphire Description
This exquisite 1.24 carat pale blue sapphire is a refined choice for a sapphire ring or bespoke jewellery creation. Its delicate, airy blue hue reflects the graceful character often admired in a fine Ceylon Sapphire, offering softness without sacrificing brilliance. The gemstone’s balanced proportions and luminous clarity give it a poised and elegant presence, ideal for designs that favour understated sophistication.
Expertly cut to maximise light performance, this natural sapphire reveals impressive sparkle across its carefully aligned facets. Much like a beautifully proportioned Ceylon Sapphire, it displays even saturation and a clean transparency that enhances its gentle colour. The result is a gemstone that feels fresh and contemporary, yet timeless enough to suit both classic engagement rings and heirloom-inspired settings.
Its serene tone pairs effortlessly with platinum, white gold, or yellow gold, allowing versatility in bespoke creations. Comparable in refinement to a distinguished Ceylon Sapphire, it offers both aesthetic appeal and enduring desirability. The subtle blue shade ensures it remains elegant in everyday wear while retaining enough presence to draw admiration.
Whether selected for a meaningful ring or as a valuable addition to a growing collection, this sapphire promises lasting beauty, exceptional quality, and enduring value to be treasured for generations.

Some of our rarer or high value stones are certified in Sri Lanka, but will be sent to get certified by the GIA or SSEF Switzerland upon purchase. If you are interested in any of our rarer collection sapphires please do get in touch with the contact form below.
Imaging Accuracy
Imaging Accuracy
We understand that it can be hard to assess loose sapphires colours from photos alone. All our images and videos are taken by a specialist gemstone imaging company who produce images to 99% colour accuracy with ISO standard natural daylight in high magnification. This ensures you will get the best view for colour, clarity and any visible inclusions.
Whilst this is the most accurate representation of the stones colours, sapphire colours vary depending on the lighting conditions.
Certification
Certification
All our sapphires come certified, guaranteeing authentic natural sapphires from Sri Lanka. This will come in the form of a certificate on delivery of the sapphire. Certain stones may include extra certification by GIA or SSEF Switzerland, this will be highlighted in the description. Please do contact us if you wish to discuss any certifications.
Clarity Rating
Clarity Rating
While some sapphires can appear "eye-clean" (meaning no inclusions are visible to the naked eye), most natural sapphires do contain inclusions, which are considered natural characteristics and not necessarily flaws.
Our sapphires are graded in the below format:
Eye-Clean: This is the highest clarity grade for sapphires, meaning no inclusions are visible to the naked eye.
VVS (Very Very Slightly Included):These sapphires have very, very small inclusions that are difficult to see even under 10x magnification, and they typically appear eye-clean.
VS (Very Slightly Included):These sapphires have minor inclusions that are clearly visible under 10x magnification, but they might be difficult to see with the naked eye.
SI (Slightly Included):These sapphires have noticeable inclusions that are easy to observe under 10x magnification, and some may be visible to the naked eye.
I (Included):These sapphires have obvious inclusions that are easily visible under 10x magnification and may affect transparency and brilliance.
